June 22 – 26 “90’s Summer Vibes”
We’re rewinding to backyard sprinkler days, boondoggle keychains, friendship bracelets, chalk-covered driveways, and popsicles in the sun.
Kids will craft colorful 90’s-inspired projects, play classic outdoor games, cool off in the sprinkler, and enjoy the kind of carefree summer fun that never goes out of style.
June 29 – July 3 “The Great Summer Kick-Off”
School’s out. Let’s celebrate!
We’re kicking off summer with a joyful, low-pressure week designed to help children ease into long days and open skies. We will spend our time outdoors playing cooperative games, creating simple nature-based crafts, cooling off with water play, and soaking up the sunshine.
This week is all about shaking off the school year and stepping into summer mode. Expect sprinkler runs, popsicles in the shade, open-ended creativity, and lots of laughter with friends.
July 6 – July 10 “Campfire Cooking”
This week is all about learning to cook outdoors. Campers will practice fire safety, prepare simple recipes, and cook over an open flame using foil packets, cast iron, and roasting sticks.
They’ll chop, mix, wrap, and roast… building real-life skills while enjoying the magic of gathering around the fire together.
July 13 – July 17 “Plants & Potions”
This week is for little herbalists!
Children will work with real herbs and flowers to create simple projects, teas, and art-based projects.
We’ll explore how plants can be used for calming, cleansing, and creating beautiful handmade goods.
July 20 – July 24 “Survivalist Skills”
This week is all about confidence in the outdoors!
Campers will learn foundational survival skills including fire safety, basic first aid, and plant identification. We’ll practice safe fire building, explore how to respond to common outdoor situations, and learn to recognize helpful (and harmful) plants in our environment.
July 27 – July 31 “Art & Creation”
Art all day, every day!
Campers will work with natural materials and traditional art techniques to create thoughtful, lasting pieces. From painting and drawing to handwork and sculpting, this week is about building skills and expressing creativity freely.
August 3 – August 7 “The Folksy Cafe”
This week, we become café owners!
Children will design their own menu, prepare simple drinks and garden-inspired snacks, and create a welcoming café experience from start to finish. Along the way, they’ll learn about teamwork, presentation, and the basics of small business in a fun, age-appropriate way.
August 10 – August 14 “Outdoor Theater”
We’re taking the stage outside!
Campers will help create and perform a simple play, developing characters, building sets, and designing props along the way. Each child will have a role, whether acting, crafting, or helping bring the story to life.
August 17 – August 21 “Movement & Math”
This Waldorf-inspired week blends movement, creativity, with foundational math skills!
Children will be grouped by age and grade so everyone is having fun at just the right level. This week, the four mathematical processes come to life through storytelling and our playful Math Gnomes. Each gnome has a personality and a purpose, helping campers experience addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in a way that feels imaginative, memorable, and surprisingly exciting.
We’ll move our bodies lots, play active math games, solve hands-on challenges, and dive into form drawing and creative art projects that reveal patterns, symmetry, structure, and rhythm. Math will jump, stretch, spin, and come alive!
It’s a joyful way to reinforce core skills through movement and head into the school year feeling confident and capable.
